    Currently, our services are available exclusively to residents of Texas. We are exploring options to expand our reach, so please check back for updates.
  • What should I do if my insurance is not listed?
    If your insurance provider is not listed, please contact us at info@autumnhw.sprucecare.com as we may still be able to accommodate you and often update our accepted insurances.
  • How can I prepare for my virtual session?
    Find a quiet, private space where you won’t be interrupted. Log onto zoom 10 minutes before your first session to test your Internet connection, and have any relevant medical information readily available.
  • How is my privacy protected?
    We comply with HIPAA regulations to ensure all your personal and medical information is kept confidential and secure during every interaction with our practice.
  • Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
    Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment via our booking platform. Please do so at least 72 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
